Volume 8 problems

A number of people have reported problems with THE DEAD TALK BACK DVD included in the Mystery Science Theater 3000 Collection: Volume 8. There are several places where the DVD “skips” or drops frames. There’s also a place, about 25 minutes in, where the top portion of the screen gets all blocky and faded looking. Joel, Trace and Josh featured in DVD of “Star Wait”

Joel Hodgson, Trace Beaulieu and Josh Weinstein are among those offering commentary on the DVD version of the documentary STAR WAIT. Filmed over six weeks in the run-up to the premiere of “Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones,” the film examines the lives of fans living in the queue in front of the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. There will also be commentary tracks will also include Samm Levine and John Daley (from the TV series “Freaks and Geeks”), Dana Gould, Paget Brewster, Paul F. Tompkins and more.
