Mike Interview

“BJD” at comicbookmovie.com has a two-part interview with Mike.

I give BJD credit for writing out his questions in advance (something more interviewers should do), but his writing style is a little stilted and I’m afraid it comes off as a little bit like a cross-examination. Ease off, BJD.

Wow, totally sounds like a cross examination. Sounds like Clarence Darrow or something. “MISter Nelson, so you admit to the jury that you enjoy feedback from your fans??”

Yeah, Mike did well with an annoying interviewer. Only listened to the first part, but was worth it to hear they are considering revisiting Roadhouse.

And Mr. Nelson, here is one MST fan who LOVES High School Musical (the riff not the movie of course).

Mr Nelson was great, but the interviewer acted like a prosecutor in the Moscu Show Trials. Also, the sound seemed a little bit odd, where was he? In an isolation chamber?

Wow, that was genuinely uncomfortable. I wonder if BJD realizes how aggressive and rude he sounds? I couldn’t get through more than 5 minutes. I’ve interviewed people myself and it’s very hard work, but the most important thing is surely making your guest feel at ease, not shining a bright light in his eyes and waving your fist around…
