Wow, 30 tracks? I’m VERY afraid.
I’m getting an error saying that the connection has timed out before I can even get to SoundCloud. I sincerely hope it’s because they’re getting slammed with people downloading this awesome music.
I hope it’s all inappropriate light jazz! I hope I hope I hope. (And, of course, the haunting Torgo theme.) Nothing says terror like a scatting Shirley Bassey knockoff.
This is AMAZING! Haha, great work!
If Soundcloud isn’t your thing, Ben also posted it to Bandcamp: http://manoshandsoffate.bandcamp.com/album/manos-the-soundtrack-of-fate
I am now going to try to figure out how to make “A Strange Gait” my ringtone.
Track 14- Perversion, Ignorance and Apathy
I have found my life’s soundtrack for 2013. And probably beyond.
Go to http://www.dbpoweramp.com. It converts anything.
Wow, Placeholder, “A Strange Gait” really would make an awesome ringtone. I have “Hangin’ Out With My Family” from “Birdemic” as a ringtone whenever anyone from my family calls.
This was pretty great. “Where could he be? MIKE, MIKE!”
You know, some of this would work very well for some ambient music at Halloween. It’s simplified instrumentation with a great washed out, muffled, pop-and-hiss timbre.
Also, I’ve always liked “Forgetting You”. From the first time I saw Manos, I’ve had that melody in my head.
Thank you, Sampo. I’ll take it to work tonight and listen to it then.
Sadly track 9 is the only one that isn’t downloadable on Soundcloud for some reason, and it also just happens to be Torgo’s theme song. Coincidence?! Yeah, probably…
I just played “A Strange Gait” and my cat (who was sleeping on the table behind my laptop) just popped up and stared at me like I was insane. She’s probably right, or at least frightened of Torgo. I too need to make this a ring tone.
