RIP Jane Adams

adams

Actress Jane Adams, perhaps best known for her role as the sympathetic hunchbacked nurse in “House of Dracula” has died. MSTies will remember her as the blind heroine Helen Paige in the movie in episode 702- THE BRUTE MAN. She was 92.
An appreciation is here.

Thanks to Paul for the heads up.

Oh yeah, she was Vicki Vale. “Batman, does Bruce Wayne know you’re driving his car?” “Oh. Uh. Of course he does. He let me borrow it.”

If you want to look her up, Google “Jane Poni Adams,” otherwise you get the younger actress of the same name.

I liked her in all the movies/serials I’ve seen her in; she was a good actress and always seemed likeable. I’m glad she had a long and what seems like a happy life. She was a Texan (like me) and I’m always partial to fellow Texans. R.I.P. Jane.
