Weekend Discussion Thread: Which Dinner/Party/Gathering in a MSTed Movie Would You Like to Be Invited to?

Holiday gatherings are happening and alert regular Sue suggests:

We’ve had “which party in a MST’ed movie would you most like to be invited to” and “Which MST characters would you invite for Thanksgiving,” but how about “Which dinner or meal in a MSTed movie or short would you most like to be invited to?”
The food in “Young Man’s Fancy” sounded pretty good — ham steak (although it looked like some other kind of meat altogether), potatoes, buttered beans, and cherry pie with whipped cream. The big downside would be listening to Alexander Phipps go on and on about electricity and Judy being squishy.

Your pick can be any kind of gathering, but I’m going to go with the snarky dinner in “It Conquered the World.” I’d just have to have some 3×5 cards with rude observations on them.

What’s your pick?

I’ll have my dinner at Scroop’s tavern from “The Undead”. Just to give me a chance to hang out with Alison Hayes. I don’t even care what the hell is being served. And I guess chin-ass guy and the evil imp can be there too. With musical entertainment provided by Digger Smolken as an added bonus.

I would have enjoyed participating in the seance scene from Wild World of Batwoman. Better yet, just watching over someones shoulder as a translator, or something like that!

Well, of course I’d have to eat at EAT (Girl in Gold Boots), and then head over to the Eegah pool party. For some reason, I just can’t get enough of watching Arch Hall Jr dancing with Roxy after he leaves his band. Just cracks me up!

I’d hang with the party at the end of Batwoman. Plenty o’ hotties and a definite air of kinkiness…

The nightgown cage match from Manos! That’s my kind of party.

PS For a future topic: What movie’s wrap party would you want to attend? A lot of people mentioned the party from Skydivers, I am sure the wrap party was a lot of fun. (more fun than watching the movie!)

TISCWSLABMUZ, because I could go to cafe and get cocktail. Sure there is some really odd stuff going on but one drink couldn’t hurt me.
