Fun fact: this movie was produced by the guys who did “Time Chasers”.

A David Giancola film is not something you wanna see.

Assuming they got some cash from MST3K for using their movie (if even just a little bit) that would mean MST3K is at least somewhat directly responsible for this movie.

Hmm. Time Chasers was featured on MST3k in 1997 and Radical Jack appears to have been produced in 1999 (well past Billy Ray Cyrus’s freshness date, incidentally), so it’s a possibility. Though typically the producers of a MSTed movie wouldn’t get any cash directly from the show licensing their film – the distribution company would get the money – I believe Giancola independently sold the Time Chasers rights to Best Brains. If that’s the case… *shudder* What hath Best Brains wrought?

Yeah, this film has the *actual* time-transport device (small crappy airplane) from Time Chasers in it.

This is one of my absolute favorite Rifftrax–PERIOD!!! The movie is dumb & fun and the writing & riffing are hilarious! They should riff every single Edgewood Studios movie! I thought Wisconsin was the state best known for its cheese… but I think I’d give that honor to Vermont, now.
