As I saw the Master, turn his back, it reminds me of a thought. Does he go to a barber shop? Does he sit down with the tarp on(or what ever it is called) and talk small talk with the barber? You know, talk about their wives and difficult employees. Maybe talk about UTEP Miners football. I can see the Master as a generous tipper.

Birdemic: “The studio version is now available for download or steaming.”

“Steaming.” Now that’s a funny typo. Yeah, Birdemic is available in “steaming,” alright. “Steaming” is its default format, after all. :)

Does anyone prefer the studio riffs over the live ones? I always take a pass on these.

It’s a toss up. You hear the jokes clearer, but the audience usually adds to the experience.

I actually dislike the live shows because I can’t stand how the audience laughs loudly at pretty much every single attempt at humor. It’s a little kiss-assy to me. I’ve always preferred the studio style and the subtle interactions between the guys.

I like the live shows except for the sharknado 2. Got stuck next to a couple of guys who thought they were just as funny as Mkie, Kevin, and Bill. I missed most of the jokes thanks to them. Actually looking forward to a VOD of it so I can hear the whole thing.

I was surprised to discover how much of the studio version of Birdemic overlapped with the live version. (Nearly all of it.) Is that the norm? It’s not like these aren’t target rich movies or anything. Personally, I prefer the energy of the live versions myself. I’m kind of sad that we probably won’t have a historical artifact to remind us of Bill mixing up Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Lawrence…
