First the Solo cup gets a lame Nashville song and now it has a lame Star Wars merchandise tie-in. That, my friends, is the very definition of beverage container success.

The 4-minute preview was more than I could stand. I love Rifftrax, but this one is just too painful.
I assume it’ll be a “just the jokes” release, but I won’t mind. I’ve been eagerly awaiting this one. I just hope they’ll throw in the pre-show title cards and a re-done version of the safety short, correcting the audio problems from the live show.
Personally, “Solo” is one of my favorite movies in the series. It’s just a fast-paced, fun adventure, just like the original “Star Wars”. I might give this a try, but I hope the guys don’t go too heavy into their self-professed hatred of the Prequels.
