Everything about this movie is totally and awesomely original. I use the words totally and awesome here because I totally loathe them. Women as pawns/victims is a totally novel plot device and not since the Gorn captain have we seen such an awesomely immobile creature, and check out this awesome fact… he’s “bio-engineered”! How’s that for thinking inside the box?

The only thing worse than cheap horror movies is cheap horror movies made in the ’80s. This riff looks great!

Note that there are two different films titled “Scared to Death” in the Rifftrax Presents catalog.

Apparently, there was a mixup on their website.

Totally Off-Topic, Just Something That Recently Occurred To Me

During the Comedy Central era, did Tom and/or Crow ever address Mike as “Nelson”? Not “Mike Nelson” but just “Nelson”?

Because they did all the time during the Sci-Fi Channel era.

I think I’ve stumbled upon a key underlying theme (OSLT) of the SFC era (which, as I have stated FAR TOO OFTEN, I find to be generally inferior to the CC era):

“No respect! No respect AT ALL!”

    .-)

I meant that there was a glitch on their website, meaning that when someone tried to order one film, he/she got the other film.

    That’s been fixed,

Can we please have the edit button back?

    Yeti:

According to Wikipedia, this film almost starred Rick Springfield.

He dropped out of the movie to focus on his acting classes.

There’s a movie called “Scared to Death” that stars Bela Lugosi (in fact, it’s Lugosi’s only appearance in a color film). Is that the other movie you’re talking about?

That’s I think my favorite Rifftrax cover ever – B&MJ watching the thing there in the luxurious Rifftrax Inc Employee dining area, looking appropriately terrified, and the smarmy guy from the movie sitting behind them thinking “Yeah, I pretty much nailed that scene too, oh yeah.”
