  2. Take this for what it is, it may not be the final word, but someone posted a Facebook conversation between Beez McKeever and a fan where Beez said Netflix was not renewing the show for another season.

Yay!, indeed! Love the Turkey Day MST3K tradition.
Sad to hear the report about Beez & Netflix not renewing. I can’t say that I’m surprised, though. Hearing that S12 was going to be only 6 episodes was like a death knell.

  4. Glad tidings!!!

Ya know, I can still recall Thanksgivings of the ’90s when my wife and I had multiple places to stop at, and I’d have to have things timed out to bolt back home to change the blank VHS tape in order to get ALL of the turkey day marathon recorded! In all honesty, I haven’t tuned in recently for one, but am glad that holiday tradition carries on!

Who’s doing Tom & Crow? I don’t recognize the voices.

Also, I wish they wouldn’t use unfamiliar people to voice the bots like this. It’s like getting the knock-off version of a popular toy for Christmas. I’d rather get nothing instead.

Any clues as to what the movies will be? Or when Joel will announce them? That way I can judge whether I’ll watch them after the NBC dog show and the dim sum my parents and I will most likely get.

It’s the current live show performers, the “Touring Cast” of MST3K. Crow is Nate Begle and Tom Servo is voiced by Conor McGiffin. You can read their bios at https://mst3klive.com/cast/ .

Joel wanted to have the performers for the new MST3K be replaceable, like Saturday Night Live.

    that’s… odd

I dunno how I feel if MST3K is dead (again). I’m not too crazy about the new seasons and yet it just seems wrong for the show to be axed so quickly. Thank god RiffTrax is still going strong, that seems to be more of the way things are today than trying to do a dedicated show.

TWITCH isn’t new. It’s a relaunch…the original Twitch ended and was rechristened as TWITCHED, which had an all RIFFTRAX channel on ROKU, et als, until it abruptly ended a few months ago. Can there be Too Many platforms for MST3K? PLUTO, YOUTUBE, SAMSUNG, NETFLIX…Wasn’t COMET running it for about a year?

If they will have a Twitch channel…what separates that from a Turkey Day broadcast?

For that matter, I guess why not just turn on Pluto TV’s MST3K channel on Turkey Day?

Hey, as I prepare for Turkey Day….does anyone on here have a list of the 6 films shown each year, for each of the online Turkey Day marathons, going back to when these started? (Didn’t they start back in 2013?).
Was kinda just wanting to revisit what movies they’ve shown each year online, the last few years….
