This was obviously made long before Red Ridinghood was transformed into a self sufficient, kick butt woman of the 21st Century.
This short wouldn’t look out of place playing in a serial killer’s basement.

The Rifftrax site describes this short as “presumably filmed mere minutes after the motion picture was invented.” The IMDB offers entries on at least six shorts named “Little Red Riding Hood” from that general timeframe. I’m unsure, but I think this is the one in question:
