Small MST3K mention on “The Daily Show”It’s not directly show-related, but several readers have written to say that Jon Stewart made an extremely brief mention of MST3K on “The Daily Show” last Wednesday. Long-time MSTies may remember that Stewart often introduced clips from MST3K when he was the co-host of Comedy Central’s “Short Attention Span Theater” in the early ’90s. It’s good to see he hasn’t forgotten his roots!

I wonder if Comedy Central ever docks Stewart’s pay whenever he makes an MST reference. He usually does so about once every two years.

I heard the mention, that was :cool: . With the writers strike he feels he may need to resort to doing a take on MST when he looks at the clips he shows. I guess technically that isn’t writing a bit when he does that, right :?: :wink:
