Claudia Barrett, RIP

PALM DESERT, Calif. — Actress Claudia Barrett, whose busy television career of the 1950s was overshadowed in the public’s memory by one role, opposite a gorilla-suited alien in the movie in episode 107- ROBOT MONSTER, died April 30 at her home here. She was 91.

Think of the most awkward, unfortunate, perhaps bazaar thing you have ever done in your career, whatever that may be. Now imagine that for the rest of your life that is the one thing you are known for. Ms. Barret, we Hum-mans salute you. RIP

That should read “bizarre”, of course, and “Hu-mans”. I don’t even know what a hum-man might be, but I hope it doesn’t involve hummus.
