RIP Jerry Douglas LOS ANGELES–Longtime daytime drama star Jerry Douglas died here Nov. 9. He was 88.Though soap opera fans know him as patriarch John Abbott on the CBS’ “The Young and the Restless” but MSTies know his work as Steve Perry in the movie in episode 305- STRANDED IN SPACE and Phil Prentiss in the movie in episode 1104- AVALANCHE.
