We’ve been meaning to mention that the annual B-Movie Celebration in Franklin, Ind., is coming up in a couple of weeks. It’s likely that a lot of folks who like MST3K are the kind of folks who might like this.

Mike comes in about 65 minutes in, but hey, enjoy Jon and Dave’s pop culture musings prior to that. The contestants (including The RiffTones) have submitted their songs in Round Two of QuickStop Entertainment’s “Song Fu” competition.
Their challenge was to choose a famous inventor and craft a song proposing a “dance craze” based on either the inventor or one of his/her most well known inventions. The RiffTones’ creation: Do the Ballpoint. This is probably going to reveal a lot about us…
