Satellite News is deeply saddened to learn of the passing, yesterday morning, of Jack Beaulieu, Trace’s father. He was 87.
MSTies will recall his appearance as “Old Forrester” in a host segment in episode 706- LASERBLAST.

Never hurts to leave condolences in more than spot, I suppose. I would write them in the sky, if I could. As someone who has never lost a close family member, I can’t pretend to know how much this hurts, but I am so sorry.
This is indeed sad. I could tell how much everyone at Best Brains loved Jack, especially Trace of course.

I would also like to extend my deepest condolences and thoughts to Trace and his family. I always found it touching to read Trace’s twitters when he would share things he was doing with his father. I had a falling out with mine so to read about a father and son so close to each other was really nice. May he dearly rest in peace.

Trace, sorry, very sorry, for your loss. When I opened up the main page and read the words “Beaulieu” followed by “RIP”, I nearly fainted.
This is very sad news. Every one of us has our own relationship with our parents good or bad. But at times like this we are forced to stop and think the good was so good and the bad was only our own selfish way of trying to be unlike our parents. I saw as did #11 Traces twitters about his Dad as such a sweet thing, something I only wish I could have had with my Dad. Trace he’s in that comfy chair right now with fond memories of the love you and his family showed him over the years. I know the pain of loss like this and it’s true it’s something each one of us deals with in our own way.But know this, a time will come when you are reunited with your Dad and only the good and pure memories will survive. Trace I know you don’t know me, and I really don’t know you as well as family or close friends do. But I will say you and all at M.S.T.3K and Cinematic Titanic have helped me through some of the most difficult times of my life. The loss of both my parents, my wife’s cancer, and the loss of her parents and many friends over the past 20 years. When I’ve met you at the 3 C.T.shows here in Mass. I felt I was talking to a good friend. Someone from T.V. / Movies that made a difference in my life. Know that the man you are is from his love and guidance and that you will always reflect his love and a piece of his personality in all you do MR.TRACE BEAULIEU. He resides forever in your heart and in fond memories, he will awlays be with you.
