MCLEAN, VA — Roger Mudd, the longtime political correspondent and anchor for NBC and CBS, who once stumped Sen. Edward Kennedy by simply asking why he wanted to be president, died at his home here March 9 of complications of kidney failure. He was 93.

ACTON, Calif– John “Bud” Cardos, a stuntman, animal wrangler and director of films including “The Red, White and Black,” “Kingdom of the Spiders” and “The Dark,” died at his ranch here Dec. 31. He was 91.

Among the other films he directed were the movies in episode 519- OUTLAW (OF GOR) and episode 1204- THE DAY TIME ENDED.
