Longtime MSTies will recall that Merton played Sandra Benes in the movie in episode K10- COSMIC PRINCESS. She was 72. Thanks to Tim for the heads up.  The first release of the long-awaited MST3K comic book has been released today from Dark Horse Comics.  Martin County, Florida — Burt Reynolds, the charismatic star of such films as “Deliverance,” “The Longest Yard” and “Smokey and the Bandit” died Sept. 6 of heart failure at his home here. He was 82.
MSTies will recall that he was mentioned in host segments in episode 502- HERCULES and 514- TEENAGE STRANGLER. The Hollywood Reporter has the story. Thanks to our Twitter buddy @RexDartEskimoPi for reminding me of the references. |
