 Paris — German producer Wolf C. Hartwig, best known for Sam Peckinpah’s 1977 blockbuster “Cross of Iron,” has died here at the age of 98.
MSTies will remember him as coproducer of the movie in episode 1011- HORRORS OF SPIDER ISLAND. Thanks to Tim for the heads up. Alert regular Jay writes:
I know one: “sampo!” Have at it!  LONDON — “Fast” Eddie Clarke, the last surviving member of Motörhead’s classic 1976-82 lineup, died Jan. 10 after being hospitalized for pneumonia. He was 67.
Clarke played on Motörhead tune “Ace of Spades,” which was featured in the movie in episode 604- ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE. Thanks to Doug for the heads up. |
