Incredibly Strange Creatures….
 Word has reached us that Italian actor Mimmo Palmara died June 10. He was 87.
MSTies will recall his performances as Polinices in the movie in episode 408- HERCULES UNCHAINED, as Iphitus in the movie in episode 502- HERCULES and Astor, the grand visir, in the movie in episode 412- HERCULES AND THE CAPTIVE WOMEN. There is what appears to be an extensive review of his career here … but it’s in Italian. If we get an English obit, we will post it. Thanks to our pal Timmy for the heads up. If you’re in the Myrtle Beach area and like craft beer, you might want to visit The Bottle Shop in Conway. And before you leave*, be sure to check out the “Lava-TOR-y.” There, you’ll find what is possibly the Best. Bathroom. Ever.
Designed and built by local patron Eric Hall, the “Lava-TOR-y” is accessible to both female and male customers. Oh, and every Monday night is “MiSTy Monday.” Who’s up for a road trip?
