 Newport Beach, Calif. — Blonde bombshell Kathy Marlowe, who had both a film and modeling career in the 1950s, died here July 2.
MSTies will remember her from a role early in her career: she played a reporter in the movie in episode 201- ROCKETSHIP X.M.  Larry Storch, the manic comic actor who starred as the bumbling sidekick Cpl. Randolph Agarn on the 1960s ABC sitcom “F Troop” has died. He was 99.
The Hollywood Reporter has the story. MSTies will recall that he was mentioned in a host segment in episode 610- THE VIOLENT YEARS. Thanks to Tim for the heads up.  TOKYO — Special effects director Teruyoshi Nakano died here June 27. He was 86.
MSTies may know that he was director of special of effects for the movie in episode 212- GODZILLA VS. MEGALON and assistant director of special effects for the movie in the movie in episode 213- GODZILLA VS. THE SEA MONSTER. This really hasn’t come across the Pacific, but dedicated sleuth Tim spotted this news item. |
