I presume the single-disk version will include the extras that were previously talked about (I doubt they would go to the trouble of mastering a separate release).

Satellite News has learned that Rhino WILL be offering episode 402- THE GIANT GILA MONSTER as a single disk, in addition to its inclusion in the re-released MST3K Collection Vol. 10. The disk will only be available for a limited time, but for those who purchased the original Vol. 10 before it was recalled, this will save you some hard-earned dough.
I presume the single-disk version will include the extras that were previously talked about (I doubt they would go to the trouble of mastering a separate release). Madison, Wisconsin’s The Capital Times assesses the new efforts of MST3K alumni, and even gives US a nice plug!
There’s a new entry up Cinematic Titanic, including a neat photo of Trace alongside something called a “time tube.” Hmmm…
Joel also acknowledges (as one of the commenters here either knew or suspected) that the image in the last post was just him flexing his photoshop muscles….hey, it fooled me! :???: If, in the next few weeks, you happen to find yourself in the vicinity of Fullerton, Calif., you may want to check out a live theatrical production of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians at The Maverick Theater.
Follow the link for more info. During the recent discussion of Vol. 10.2, Travis posted a link to this fascinating, informative and exhaustive look at the rights status of every movie MST3K did, and from there postulating on how likely each is to be in some future Volume.
Nice work, Travis! I’d love to hear about how you found all this info out! |
