 PALM DESERT, Calif. — Actress Claudia Barrett, whose busy television career of the 1950s was overshadowed in the public’s memory by one role, opposite a gorilla-suited alien in the movie in episode 107- ROBOT MONSTER, died April 30 at her home here. She was 91.
Thanks to Paul for the heads up.  ATLANTA — F. Lee Bailey, the celebrity attorney who defended O.J. Simpson, Patricia Hearst and the alleged Boston Strangler, died at a hospital here June 3. He was 87.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. — Actress Arlene Golonka, perhaps best known for playing series star Ken Berry’s girlfriend on TV’s “Mayberry R.F.D.,” died here May 31. She was 85.
With a career spanning over 45 years, Golonka played recurring roles on “The Doctors,” “Joe & Valerie” and “1st & 10” and appeared in episodes of “The Mary Tyler Moore Show,” “M*A*S*H” and “The King of Queens.” MSTies may recall that she was mentioned in a host segment in episode 805- THE THING THAT WOULDN’T DIE. |
