Wow! By far the best tribute to the show I’ve seen yet! Very dynamic editing and excellent drawings.

Nice job!!! I like that they encompassed the all of the characters from the first season to the last. I’m going to have to watch it again to spot all of the pop up graphics. I like the music and how they timed everything out. Again – Nice job!! :)

Great little tribute! What other shows from the 80/90’s are still being celebrated and still enjoyed like our favorite puppet show?

    Wow. That was epic.

Kind of related, I was at Universal Studios in Orlando this weekend and the Simpsons roller coaster and other theme rides got me thinking how awesome a MST3k ride would be. Something like this with all the characters involved and scenes from the experiments. It would be unbelievable. Maybe a future weekend discussion if it hasn’t been done yet.

This was great (it DIDN’T stink!). I would have liked a little more Gypsy, but then, I want more Gypsy in everything MST3K.

    That was amazing!

Shout Factory ought to get in touch with the creators, and get that on a future DVD set.

Talk about a huge surprise when I came on over here and onto my Facebook today. Thanks for linking my video! I didn’t realize what posting a Reddit link could do. Anyways, I’ve always felt like MST3k would translate over into an animated series really well (I know, I know, barring that little thing with the Flash shorts a few years ago.)

#12… they’d probably need to grab license rights to that music first. ;) And #11 – yeah, I used to have quite a bit more Gypsy in the storyboard stage. She did get pretty left out in the end; poor thing!

The only inside joke I haven’t figured out is the graphic that looks like a cardboard building/Shroider’s cat thing right before Crow’s movie scripts go by.

Okay fellow (and lady) internet obsessives, where is the shot-by-shot delineation of every character, every episode, every reference? Get it written and post it!

Yeah…this is amazing. We really need Shout Factory to look into adding this to a future dvd. Not sure if it’s possible but it’s that darn good.

The music really added the extra umph needed to make this feel like the conquers-all epic MST3K will always be to us. Makes it feel like some sort of super secret agent/spy movie with loads of intrigue! Action! Romance! Ba-dow ba-dow!

Well, not much can be said that hasn’t already, but I’ll happily add my few comments. It was FAAAAAA-BULOUS!! Captured all of the most important moments, elements, themes and characters that populated the SOL, Deep 13 and Castle Forrester (existential void where prohibited). Someone/thing official (like “Shout” mentioned above) should definitely include it in a later DVD release. It was an obvious, and very expertly executed, labor of love that deserves some formal recognition (b/f it’s consigned to the fadeout of our memories – THAT would STINK!!).

Off to watch it again . . . thanks for posting, Sampo!! <3 BMcL-h

What’s the creature between Mr B. Natural and the Human Robot? Is it Zaat or a Solarite?

  31. OnenuttyTanuki says:

To Answer #30: It’s one of the the Eye Creatures from the Attack of the the Eye Creatures.
Or at least that’s what I think it is.

#30/31 – It was indeed a bad attempt at one of the the eye creatures. :) #24 – As for the music, I’m pretty sure it’s surfaced in a few commercials here and there? (I think.)

31/32# Thanks for the answers. In the info part of your video, is stated that the music belongs to Deadly Avenger, and it’s titled “We Took Vegas”. I don’t want to rain on this parade or tell you how to do your work, but a mention of Coily would have been swell.

Loved it. It was obvious that the creators were big fans of the show from all the added animation of various show elements.

The video itself is excellent, BUT I don’t think the music works too well. No flames please, this is only one person’s opinion. The music doesn’t elicit any emotion or nostalgia, which I can be prone to. Otherwise it’s very well-made and it was definitely worth watching.

This is hands down the coolest thing I’ve seen in a long time. I do hope it ends up on a Shout factory DVD. It would be cool to see a fan collection of MST3K art work and video tributes to a show well loved. There is a great number of talented people out there that take the time to put things like this together and like the show and the people that put it together speaks volumes to us all. I enjoyed seeing it as much I love watching the show. Think of the time it took to do it, and dare I say it, more time and effort than the person or people that gave us “MANOS”.
I have seen just about every movie MST has done but I saw stuff in this I have yet to see, and can’t wait for more of the DVD sets to come out.
Great job to who ever put this together.—— ROCK ON !!!

I keep watching it. I can’t stop. Every 2 minutes and 33 seconds I click the “replay” button on YouTube.

The music’s sexy, brassy, and fun–and it’s timed perfectly. The animations are wonderful and I love trying to figure out which episode every clip is from.
