Here’s the gem of that interview. It’s Joel’s absolutely definitive (in a wishy washy sort of way) answer on the current status of Cinematic Titanic:

It’s done. When we started we agreed to do it for five years. I think we did it an extra year. But yeah, we’re done with that now. For the time being.

  2. FordPrefect says:

That’s disappointing. I wish they would make all 15 of their Cinematic Titanic titles consistently available in a digital format. I’m not even sure if they recorded their last three movies or not.

  3. Professor Firefly says:

Nice interview…Too bad they(CT)won’t release the last 2 movies they riffed on DVD..would’ve been super sweet for the fans…

  4. Kenneth Morgan says:

With all due respect, if the Pythons, George Lucas, Leonard Nimoy and Sean Connery have taught me anything, it’s that whenever someone in entertainment says something will “never happen”, take it with several grains of salt.

  5. Thomas says:

Got to meet him at ABQ Expo. He is really cool and nice guy!! Riffing Myself was funny and worth the time. If you ever have the chance to go to a Riffing Myself please do!
