And perhaps thanks to this, the Rifftrax Kickstarter just met all it’s current stretch goals!
I think the Zappa Kickstarter is being run by the other guy from Bill and Ted, so even if not for Zappa it’d be a boost for the ‘other guys’ of history for it to get there.
Anyone have a list of theaters where this reunion show will be broadcast?
Hopefully, the same ones that show the RiffTrax Live shows regularly.

If you go to the Fandango site by clicking the link on this page on the right, you can check for which theaters are showing the reunion by punching in your zip code for nearest theaters. But I dont think that option is working right now. Until the tickets go on sale which is April 15th I believe.
The most important part of the message from Joel:

after watching the livecast last friday for the zappa-thon, i’m quite jazzed about it. there’s gonna be lots of great things to discover in that vault. i think, almost earth-shaking things… quite interested to see what comes of it.
big fan of recovering/rediscovering/digitizing at least to whatever standards we have right now, to preserve for future generations… it’s gonna be good stuff!
