Weekend Discussion Thread: MST3K-Inspired Foods

Alert regular Duke of Puddles, suggests:

Late last Sunday night I was nursing a ‘Vulcan Mind Probe’ (mentioned in episode 407- KILLER SHREWS) and … ok, it was a cold ham sammich but I was wondering what kinds of food or drink ideas could be inspired by MST movies? Diabolik deviled eggs came to mind.

Me (walks out, looks at the camera and says) “Pancakes … Oh I blew it!”

What’s your pick?

Keep those WDT ideas coming!

I’m watching Daddy-O at the moment, with the wonderful Bruno VeSota and the very peroxided Sandra Giles.

Apple butter was the very first thing I thought of for this WDT.

    There might be a correlation.

Let’s see, we had a similar WDT in 2015 about “meals,” and another one about “favorite MST3 food” in 2016, and those threads make fun reading as well. I’m going to finally think hard about what you could actually order from Torgo’s Pizza. I’m guessing any pizza from there would come with mystery meat that you wouldn’t want to examine too closely. Also, bland crust, not enough cheese, and a surly delivery kid. One-star review on Yelp for sure.
