I have said this before, but this film could be a companion piece to Cinematic Titanic’s own LEGACY OF BLOOD.

Stupid, annoying llllladies. This one is definitely for those who like their MSTed movies to be really bad.

I watched this one last night and had to pause it a few times because I was laughing so hard. There’s one part where Dr. Mellow Ski Bum from It Lives by Night walks into a room alone and they say “Any small TV roles in here” and I busted out laughing because earlier in the day I had watched a Mannix episode that he was in so that riff was especially funny. This movie is so lame and really not scary at all so as far as horror movies go, it really missed the mark. It’s perfect riff fodder though.

#1 is right; this does feel quite a bit like Legacy of Blood. It’s a really drab flick. It’s like the filmmakers had maybe one or two basic ideas for the first and last scenes, but didn’t really have enough meat to fill the rest of the story. Thus, we’re left with interminable amounts of walking around and other filler. Certain scenes really drag, more so than your average Rifftrax VOD. The guys do the best with what they have, though.

In case anyone is interested, this film boasts one Sherry Alberoni as one of the titular (no pun intended, really) sisters. The riffers correctly identified her as a former Mousketeer, but I’m 90% sure she was featured in a previous short they did, “You’re the Judge”. Considering that’s one of my favorite shorts, I was slightly disappointed they didn’t make a callback to it here. Oh well.

Favorite riff: “Whew, that was scary, but at least I got the… funnel?” –Mike

This movie was filmed in the vicinity of Paso Robles California where I lived for a time and went to High School. Near the beginning a Freeway on ramp/off ramp is visible that I lived near while attending Jr. College. Another early scene is set at the parking lot for the Paso Robles Inn where I recently honeymooned.

Just thought I’d let all you young whippersnappers know — yes, we really did dress like that in the ’70s. Far out!

    Looks hilarious.

I’m kind of worried about Cornjob
He apparently honeymooned in a parking lot. :)

ck, when you’re in love, it doesn’t matter where you honeymoon. ;-) Besides, I imagine the parking lot was nicer than the motel room depicted in “Birdemic.”

I appreciate the concern, but we did get a room eventually. I am no longer the twisted lonely guy. Just the twisted guy.

How is it that Rifftrax keeps pumping these out? They make ’em faster than I can watch ’em. I’m jealous of their energy.

Got to riff everything before Joel reboots MST3K!

Authentic sorority action. Sororities never have more than five actives and two pledges, and every sorority uses a gun in the initiation ritual. It’s a wonder they still exist.
