‘Tesla Effect’ Out Now

And speaking of cast members popping up in other things, the video game “Tesla Effect,” which Kevin did some voice work for — in fact his character is listed as just “voice” — is available now.

Good ol’ Tex Murphy! “Trouble’s like Jell-O — there’s always room for more.”

I remember Kevin talked about this at a couple panels at the first Salt Lake Comic-Con last year. He said he did the voice for a “sarcastic PDA” which talks back to Tex Murphy, and even got to make a few MST3K references.

Would be cool to play this, though I’m not sure my old computer could handle it. :P

The system specs aren’t too steep. http://www.gog.com/game/tesla_effect_a_tex_murphy_adventure I’m a Tex Murphy fan (distant relative of Kevin’s???) from waaaaay back.

Looks fun. I didn’t know one of our favorite people was involved. I’ll be getting it.. I still have my discs of Under a Killing Moon but never finished it. I wish I’d sold it when it was going for a mint. I had no idea there would be a gog.com.

I have played the game and Kevin is very funny as Tex’s Smart Alex, a not so Siri-ous….PDA that acts as your inventory, travel map, hint system and egeneral interface. The game is totally awesome and I think everyone will enjoy it.
