What I love about ‘Petey Plane’ is how the whole crew just go with it and turn it into an ongoing ‘Thomas The Tank Engine’ spoof. “I’ve got a cold but it’s alright…” “You know, without Petey, the whole town could have been flooded!”
I don’t know if this counts, but I like in This Island Earth where they made these crunching noises when this guy was walking across a floor.
The first thing that came to my mind is the Yamaglanchi skeleton in Whar-whilf, during Paul’s lycanthropizing sequence. The movie randomly cuts to the skeleton and his gaping mouth numerous times, prompting operatic “AHHHH”s from Servo and Crow.

Fish: “I’m the rare and exotic…oh, you’re here for the gillman.”

I love whenever they voice Hercules’ horse and have the horse call him “Herc.”
Henry, the gerbil, in Master Ninja! “You bastard!” That actually might be my favorite.
Joel’s Satan voices always crack me up. I think everyone mentioned the best ones.
Definitely any time they do cats or dogs. My two favorites are from the Deadly Bees when the awful old couple’s dog is chasing a cat and Mike says “Meow, meow, sanctuary meow, meow, meow!” Or maybe that was Terror From the Year 5000? Anyways, anytime Meow Meow Kitty from Mr. Rogers is mentioned = a funny riff.
Or the Deadly Mantis when the eskimos’ huskies are stampeding in that stock footage and Crow says “Readly Rantis! Readly Rantis!” lol

In “Time Chasers”, Servo gives voice to the rotting sandwiches in our ‘hero’s’ refrigerator: PLEASE – EAT ME!
As for actual animals, how about the bees attacking Mrs. Hargrove in “The Deadly Bees”: Watch out men, her skin is leathery. You may lose your butt!
So many good ones! The first ones that come to mind that haven’t been mentioned: In “The Day The Earth Froze” when Annikie is talking to the bags filled with the winds…
Annikie: “And are you the north wind?”
(I forget who): “Nah, I’m relative humidity. It’s not so much the heat as it is…me.”
And the boat carved from a tree, with a moose-shaped prow that they set on fire and push into the sea, Crow doing an impersonation of Bullwinkle: “Help me, Rocky! I appear to be on fire!”
I’m particularly fond of shots of the Sun shining through clouds accompanied by a riff like, “Roger, this is God, pick up the pace”, or “Gary, this is the Lord thy God, put on a shirt and tug your pants down a titch.”
One scene in “Design for Dreaming” features a concept car with a particularly “angry”-looking grill. Crow’s response is “RRRRRRRRGGGGHHHH! RRRrrrHRRRRRRRRRGRH!!!!!!!”
Trace also has a couple great ones in “Incredible Melting Man”:
The weird panicked turkey noises he makes for the old lady (after Tom notices her giant bird feet.)
As the Melting Man doubles over in pain: “Ohhhhh, if I could only fart I’d feel so much better…”
The first things I thought of were the various voices Mike and the Bots gave the stuffed animals in “Kitten With A Whip”, especially Crow. “Okay, REMAIN CALM!”
“Get your tickets here!” (Incredibly Strange Creatures….) is simultaneously funny and creepy.
Any time Tom sings when the camera pans to a skull with its mouth open, which happens a ton of times in Wurwilf.
Also, a variant from the Transformers Rifftrax. All of the Decepticons introducing themselves Thomas the Tank Engine-style still cracks me up.
@60 – *That* was the other “God speaking from the sky” scene I was trying to remember earlier, thanks!
@64 – Tom did the same “open-mouthed opera singing” bit with some of the open-mouthed shark pictures in Devil Fish, too.
Which reminds me, Devil Fish has a ton of great invented banter from Mike & the bots for all of the various aquatic creatures! From the dolphins’ “Yeah yeah, banter banter banter FISH!” to the Devil Fish’s lament that he can’t eat the beer-drinking guy: “I’m a recovering alcoholic, I can’t eat that guy.”
The angry car grille from Design for Dreaming is probably my favorite as far as non-living thing voices. Bill/Crow as the coughing plant that wished to be watered in Final Sacrifice is worth a mention.
#35 I think there’s a sci-fi author named Greg Bear, maybe it was a sly reference.
Three words: “Oops! Sorry, Dad…”
The animals voices that Joel does are my absolute favorite thing. “Pulling in the tail section” from the snake in Ring of Terror always gets me.
How about the aliens from Laserblast:
Alien 1: Good shooting Xanthar.
Alien 2: Thanks Denise.
…
Alien 2: I know what you’re thinking: Did I fire 6 gorlocks or only 5?
In the Bots’ “rebuttal” to Robot Rumpus, I loved how Tom and Crow just gave the Gumby/Pokey blobs inarticulate “snuffles” with no real words for voices (I don’t have a clue how I’d even write what they sounded like, so you’ll have to go on memory).
One I like from The Final Sacrifice: “Hi, I’m a bush. You might wanna pan off me.”
Oh man… so many come to mind:
“Teenagers From Outer Space” (Really *old* teenagers):
– (after Thor misses shooting Derek and sets a bush on Fire): “Moses? Moses!”
“Chicken of Tomorrow”:
– (a shot of three eggs frying in a pan, in a bit of a face-shape: “Ohhh! Ohhhhhhh!”
“Track of the Moon Beast” (bring your 4 by 4 down to the Track of the Moon Beast!):
– (during yet another story by Johnny, when we see a shot of the sky): “Stop talking, Johnny Longbone!”
“Cave Dwellers”:
– (during the snake pit scene, where a recently-thrown-in woman is screaming): “Look, I just ate, I can’t eat again for another six months – you’re fine!”
And as someone mentioned above, and probably one of my favourites – from “Johnny at the Fair”, I think: (baby calf goes up to a cow for a drink) – “Oops! Sorry dad!”
