the HELL?!
Well, that was indeed mighty strange. I did like the “Mary Jo” twist on the Gamera song at the end, though.
Man, that is one patient woman. I would’ve hung up 2 minutes in.
Mary Jo strikes me as the type who has grown a thick enough skin to handle even the most annoyingly weird fans and most vicious nay-sayers. I’m reminded of the Sci-Fi era and the proliferation of message board flaming when and where her presence on the show was not taken kindly by the fanboys, apparently. Or that young 30-something guy on the SF channel who conducted that infamous interview with Mike and MJ where dude was getting all sentimental about defending the sanctity of B-movies.
Well, the interviewers have a distinctive style, at least. I think they worked a fun interview with Mary Jo into their act.
That was weird.
Very strange, but it was nice to “hear” from Mary Jo.
