Frank Pesce, RIP BURBANK, CALIF.–Frank Pesce, a colorful character actor whose dozens of credits range from “Beverly Hills Cop,” “Top Gun” and “Midnight Run” to “Miami Vice,” “Matlock” and “Kojak”, died here Feb. 6. He was 75.
