RIP Kathy Marlowe Newport Beach, Calif. — Blonde bombshell Kathy Marlowe, who had both a film and modeling career in the 1950s, died here July 2.

I hope to be remembered as a “Blonde bombshell” after I pass on. True, I’m a greying older guy in my fifties, but I live in hope!
Actually, I was never a blonde, and I wasn’t a bombshell either, so I guess my dream will go unfulfilled.

“Blonde Bombshell” spoke to her looks, but her efforts as a philanthropist spoke to the content of her character. RIP.
