Both Rifftrax and The Mads have done “Plan 9”
Clips from “Plan 9” are featured quite often in Rifftrax: The Game.
“Glen or Glenda” would have been a better choice.
But The Mads Are Back have already done Glen or Glenda. Maybe Jailbait?
But one of the reasons they did not do Plan 9 during the classic series was that Criswell’s narration got in the way of the riffs.
And, IMHO, Rifftrax’s takes on Plan 9 isn’t one of the classics.
Ah, of course, we’re going to watch it. I’ve already made my pledge. ;-)
This new version of MST3K writers have no ties to the original series.
The only ones who are involved with this current iteration are Joel Hodgson, J. Elvis Weinstein, and Mary Jo Pehl.
I’ll continue to watch the original series, The Mads, and Rifftrax.
What about theelephant in the room here? We have five days to go in the fund raiser and we are still roughly $3 million dollars short of even six new epiosodes.
