I liked all the Matrix flicks. Not to spark debate, but I never took the original all that seriously. That helps in enjoying the whole series. Effects-wise these were staggering. Even though…this Rifftrax is probably most excellent. Looking forward to a sample. I’ve only ever watched samples of these. But I’m temped to finally start these with Jurassic Park. Weird Al has a knack for this kind of thing. I hope he’ll do more in the future.
Radioman, you’ve got to check out more than a sample! That’s like over 100 hours of riffing you haven’t seen! What’s taken you so long?
Conor, pure insanity! I’m only just now buying the bulk of the MST3K sets. I just bought like 6 sets and 5 singles. To my credit, all this tardiness is losing me sleep! But that Jurassic Park is on my list. Sounds like an absolute blast!

Rifftrax are highly addicting!
Most of my friends are now at the mercy of rifftrax, and even my wife who’s “not into that sort of thing” bugs me to get the new releases (except Jurassic Park . . . she’s scared of dinos :wink: )
So again, don’t do it! Go find B-grade comedy and stick with it, because once you taste the abrosia of R-trax . . . you will always want more!

I highly recommend the Road House riff. If the movie isn’t the funniest thing you’ve ever seen, Mike’s rifftrax sure will be.
Troll 2 is my personal favorite!
I have to admit that Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is my favorite rifftrax. I first thought, “no Bill and Kevin, but we have Neil Patrick Harris? This cant be too funny” but in actually its the best I’ve ever heard and NPH is hilarious. check it out. Roadhouse was good but its still in that early rifftrax phase, you know, the ones where Disembaudio talks WAY too much. haha. Still, fan of the Matrix series as cheesy as it was, really look forward to this one.
I was going to give Willy Wonka a pass since that film is a childhood favorite. But after listening to the complete sample I’ll be snagging it. They definitely get that “boat trip” right. As a kid that scared the crap out of me.
