MST3K:TM on HBO and CinemaxMystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie will be shown several times throughout the months of July and August, and into September, on HBO and Cinemax. Check the schedule for a complete list of dates. You can also view it on HBO On Demand July 28-August 24.

Yup, it’s in HD where available. I recorded it to my DVR Wednesday morning. I can’t tell if it’s really all that high definitional, but Dr. F’s lab coat looks vividly greener to me.
