 BURBANK, CALIF. — Roger Browne Jr., an actor and voice artist best known for his work in Italian cinema, died here Oct. 11 after a short illness.
MSTies will remember him in the title role of ARGOMAN, THE FANTASTIC SUPERMAN, which was riffed during 2017’s “Watch Out For Snakes” live tour. There’s nice blog post about his career here. Thanks to Gordon for the heads up.  Northridge, Los Angeles, Calif. — Film stunt performer Bob Yerkes died Oct. 1, at his home here. He was 92.
Among the productions he worked on were the “Star Wars” movies, but he also slid down a clock tower cable in place of Christopher Lloyd in “Back to the Future” movie, and hung around the Statue of Liberty in place of Fred Ward in “Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins.” The Daily Mirror has the story. MSTies will recall that he performed stunts in the movie in episode 512- MITCHELL. Thanks to Gordan for the heads up. |
