Though it looks like the sort of production where everyone involved went back to their day jobs, abandoning any hope of Tinseltown glory, this one does have an MST3K connections. Director and producer Austin Green also portrayed Carl in Ring of Terror. Incidentally the title it’s listed under on IMDB is At the End of the Rainbow.

Wow, it’s actually on Wikipedia.
Apparently it was believed to be lost and had no VHS release (much like Wonderful Land of Oz, as well as Night of the Lepus, though that was never lost. I thought Godmonster had no VHs but apparently it did in the late 90s)
The Genie in it actually had a decent career.
The film does look goofy and fu meanwhile
It was written by the same guy who wrote “The Magic Christmas Tree,” which explains a lot.
The Professor with the puppets is the guy would did the narration for Buffalo Rider.
The genie in this movie even uses the same “magic words” as the kid in “The Magic Christmas Tree”.
