What is wrong with doing the theatrical stuff if Rifftrax did it first? Is he anticipating another Joel Vs Mike thing or is he worried they will schedule events on the same day? Couldn’t they contact each other to refrain from that or do a weekend double feature? CT Live followed by Rifftrax Live? I’m guessing it’s a courtesy thing, but I would like a clarification.
^^ I agree. Why can’t they do the theater thing if they want to? It would make a lot of people very happy.
Pretty good interview, slightly different questions than usual. I hope they retire the old opening routine permanently – Convoluted Man got old the second time I heard it. I wonder if the author/editor of this article realizes they used an “unofficial” DVD cover for Master Ninja there at the end.
I also think it would be nice if Cinematic Titanic were able to release something theatrically. It would help them be able to perform in areas that they normally don’t visit.
