James neglects to mention in his intro, however, that Bill has a play running right now in the Twin Cities:
“Super-Powered Revenge Christmas #1,” running through Dec. 18 at the Minneapolis Theater Garage, 711 W Franklin Ave. Tickets are on sale now. More info here. He also says Bill is “working on” the play “Hate Mail.” While I guess fine-tuning might still happen, that play has existed for years and had been performed a number of times around the country.
Imagine living in a Minneapolis suburb and one day walking into your local public library only to find Bill Corbett off in a corner, working on his latest project………hmmmm………no, not strange at all.
Once again, it needs to be said………..exactly when is this Corbett guy going to get off his butt and actually start doing something creative ??? ;-)
‘Brain Guy’, indeed…….. :-)

Well THAT was a puff piece and a half.
I’ve had better interviews with a cop after being pulled over for speeding.
I really admire what these guys have to put up with to promote their work.

I have to agree with RTL-F. I didn’t get anything from that interview other than Bill is from NY, moved to MN, and now lives in CA. It must be wearisome to regularly endure such banal interviews. Still, from what I’ve read, all of the former MST crew seem to accept that as part of being successful in the public realm. Just look how well they tolerated Torgo at Comicon; A little Torgo goes a long, long way. Truly, class acts – all of them.

“Well THAT was a puff piece and a half…..”
Though I love getting updates about Mr. Bill’s latest (as well as past) ‘adventures’, I have to agree with you “Richard” that this particular ‘interview’ was, uh, lacking just a bit……
When I got to the bottom of the page I kept looking for the “Next” (page) button, until I finally realized there wasn’t any, and that this was all there was to the piece………. :-(
