MST3K Monday at RiffTrax

This week’s episode is 904- WEREWOLF.

Weekend Discussion Thread: What Channel Should the Reboot Be On?

Jennifer asks:

Since we are going to get new mst3k and joel want send to network. Which Network? I think Comedy Central would be bad. But Nextflix or Yahoo streaming could be option too. But what some others?

Then Brandon asked:

Since a new MST3K series is on the horizon, what channels or networks would be good choices to run it? My choice would be IFC (Independent Film Channel).

Well, is ShoutFactoryTV too obvious?

What do you think?

RIP Doug Lennox

lennox Canadian radio, television and film actor Doug Lennox died Nov. 28 (we don’t have details yet). He was 76. MSTies might remember he played The Captain in the movie in episode K20- THE LAST CHASE.

Lennox began his career in radio in 1965. He spent the ’70s at CBC Radio & Television. All during this time, he continued a successful second career both on-camera and as a voice-over actor in the commercial world of advertising. Perhaps his most enduring success was his radio series and the subsequent series of books under the title “Now You Know.” He also had a 35-year career on television and movies.

Thanks to Timmy for the heads up.
