CLAY COUNTY, Ind. — Lee Strosnider, who did sound for movies and TV for 30 years, died here Nov. 29. He was 82. MSTies will remember some of his early jobs: he did sound and was the camera operator for the movie in episode 621- THE BEAST OF YUCCA FLATS, he did sound for episode 812- THE INCREDIBLY STRANGE CREATURES WHO STOPPED LIVING AND BECAME MIXED UP ZOMBIES, and he was the cinematographer for the movie in episode 609- THE SKY DIVERS.He attended Indiana State Teachers College for two years and later graduated from UCLA. ?He also worked on movies including “Escape to Witch Mountain,” “Halloween,” “Richard Pryor Live on the Sunset Strip,” “Ghoulies,” “Runaway Train,” “Down and Out in Beverly Hills,” “Sister, Sister,” “Coupe de Ville,” “Forever Young” and “Striking Distance.” He worked TV shows including “Little House on the Prairie,” “Hunter,” “The Dukes of Hazzard,” “Matt Houston,” “The A-Team,” “Unsolved Mysteries” and “The Wonder Years.” He also owned a sound recording rental business.
